How to Print from Your Chrome Device Using PaperCut
We use PaperCut to manage all printing from our staff and student Chrome devices. The PaperCut extension is install on all devices automatically and allows for the user access to assigned printers when printing from the device.
To print, click the print option from any screen.
In the print dialog box, you should see the last few printers that you used. If one of these is the printer you wish to print too, just select that printer, update your printing options, and click the print button. If not, click on the "See more..." option.
If you are prompted to login to PaperCut, use the first part of your email address as your username (everything before the @) and your school issued Google account password. Once authenticated you will be given a list of printers that are available to you for printing. Choose the printer that you wish to print too, update your printing options, and click the print button.
